If you
have been allocated an email account by khushitechsupport.com, these are
instructions to help you set it up. Firstly it is important to
distinguish the working of POP.
POP email is your conventional email account provided by any ISP's,
where all your email is downloaded off the server onto your own PC.
We are going to explain how to set up your POP mail account using
Outlook Express , but the same details can be applied to Netscape
and Microsoft Otlook also.

Step one
After opening Outlook Express, cancel all operations that it is
trying to run and click 'Tools' then 'Accounts'.

Click
' Mail then Add''.

Step Three
Insert
your name in the dialog box that appears. Click 'Next'

Insert
your full email address you want to configure.

Step Five
At the
heading 'Email Server Names', ensure that the incoming mail server
is an 'POP3' server.
Note setting
Incoming mail server(POP3,IMAP,HTTP) server
enter : mail.yourdomain'
Outgoing mail
(SMTP)server : enter : mail.yourdomain.
example like -------------------------------------
mail.khushitechsupport.com
Ensure that you have typed in the correct server name here otherwise
you will be able to receive email, but not send it. Click 'Next'

Step Six
Now enter
your login and password details as shown below
Account name
(Full email id): abc@yourdomain.com
Enter Password related to this id...
Click on 'Next'. Then click
'Finish'

Step Seven
Make sure the SMTP settings are correct, please follow the procedure
as per the illustration below. The SMTP is an authenticated SMTP so
it needs certain specific settings to be done. Before closing the
Internet accounts dialog box, click the account just created and click on the properties.
Go to Account Settings under the
"Server" Tab
and make use of the smtp server as
mail.yourdomain .You should make sure that you enable "My
server requires authentication".

'Apply' then 'OK'. Setup is complete now you may
start emailing

you do not click on my server requires authentication outbox mails
will not go.
While using Microsoft Outlook the following
steps are to be followed:

'Add a new Email Account'. Click 'Next'.
Select the Server type as 'POP3' . Then click 'Next'.

In the Internet E-mail
Settings incorporate following changes User information: Your name(display name) : example - susheel Email Address : abc@yourdomainname

Incoming mail server :
mail.yourdomainname Outgoing mail server :
mail.yourdomainname

Logon Information: User Name (enter full email id): susheel@khushitechsupport.com Password : ......................... (related to this email id)

Step Four
Click on 'More Settings'
button and do the following change
Click Outgoing Server
Enable check box which says "my outgoing server (SMTP) requires
authentication" Then click radio button which says "
Click ok

will not go.

You return
to the 'Email Accounts Dialog box'. Click ok.
then click finish button (which says
